Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label. Simply print it out and securely package your bottles.

  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location. We recommend keeping your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
